2025 U.S. Photography Tour Schedule

Happy New Year!  Hope you had a nice holiday season and your new year is off to a great start.  I'm in Costa Rica, preparing for the Costa Rica photography tour season, and thought I'd write a blog post about the United States photo tours that are available in 2025.  All client favorites are on the schedule again, so if you missed out on these Pacific Northwest photo workshops last year, now's your chance to capitalize on some seriously awesome landscape photography adventures.

This photography tour is an unforgettable journey through the stunning landscapes of Oregon.  It's your opportunity to capture the raw beauty of three of the Seven Wonders of Oregon, including the iconic Columbia River Gorge, the majestic snowcapped Mt. Hood, and the breathtaking Oregon Coast.  You’ll photograph everything from rugged sea stacks and lush old-growth forests to alpine lakes, cascading waterfalls, vibrant sunsets, and so much more.

The Palouse Eastern Washington Photo Tour capitalizes on unique landscapes created thousands of years ago by the Missoula Ice Age floods.  As the title indicates, this tour features the world-famous Palouse and its rolling hills of vibrant farmland, but rather than focusing solely on that one landscape for the entire tour, we explore equally impressive locations that are missing from every other Palouse photography workshop. In addition to the Palouse, we photograph spectacular bluffs overlooking the mighty Columbia River that have been untouched by agriculture and development for the last 80 years.  We also photograph the surrounding mountains, jagged gorges, towering columnar basalt cliffs, hidden lakes, amazing waterfalls, and some breathtaking sunsets, too.

Olympic National Park is a dream location for landscape photographers.  Packed full of variety, there’s always something beautiful, unique, and interesting to photograph. On this fantastic photography workshop, we explore and photograph jagged, snowcapped mountains, mossy old-growth rainforests, five spectacular waterfalls, jaw-dropping beaches, incredible sea stacks, crystal clear lakes, sensational sunsets, and colorful wildflowers. 

There are some good waterfalls in Washington state, but only a few leave you breathless and astonished.  On this photography workshop, we photograph the three best waterfalls in Washington, and when you see each one, it’s guaranteed you will say out loud, “Wow!”  Along with these magical cascades, we photograph enormous snowcapped mountains reflecting in glassy alpine lakes, as well as rushing streams and lush old-growth forests.  This is a quick, 4-day, 3-night photo tour that’s loaded with jaw-dropping scenery at incredible locations that you will never forget.
