Yosemite Tree Bark

On a three-mile hike to an incredible waterfall a few miles outside the West gate of Yosemite, I came across this tree with an incredible bark pattern and shimmery coating that was reflecting the blue sky overhead.  I've never seen anything like it, before or after, and this is one of my best selling images.

LIMITED EDITION PRINTS
Printed with archival pigment inks on professional Epson Premium Luster Photo Paper, these prints are signed with the edition number in the border below the image and include a certificate of authenticity.  

LIMITED EDITION ALUMINUM PRINTS
Aluminum prints are created by infusing archival pigment inks into specially coated sheets of aluminum and sealing the image with a high-gloss finish.  Because the image is infused into the surface and not on it, images take on a magical luminescence with vivid colors and tremendous detail.  The scratch-resistant surface is waterproof and easy to clean, and these prints have the highest possible archival rating.  Depending on the size, aluminum prints include a 1/2" float mount or 3/4" inset aluminum frame attached to the back, pushing the print away from the wall so it appears to float, and making it easy to hang.  Aluminum prints are signed on the back with the edition number and include a certificate of authenticity.
