Fitness Level: Moderate
Participation requires that travelers be able to walk unassisted for three miles over uneven, potentially muddy and slippery trails, and up-and-down inclines with moderate altitude gain.  There are hikes over a variety of terrain including pavement, gravel, and dirt trails with large roots, rocks, and stairs, and daily excursions can be more challenging during inclement weather.

Testimonial:
"I recently attended Scott's Oregon Fall Colors Photo Tour and overall, the experience far exceeded my expectations.  My goal was to learn waterfall photo techniques and to develop and improve composition.  We started with the techniques and Scott taught his style which I quickly copied and could apply successfully for the remainder of the six-day workshop. Thereafter, composition was the focus and through his guidance and specific instruction, obtained a number of wonderful photos. If the positive experience stopped here, I would already be completely satisfied.  But other aspects were also exceptional including:  high level of organization and detailed planning, wonderful lodging (clearly the best hotels in the area) and we went to top restaurants (really his tour should be considered a luxury tour), helped and educated me on processing including using HDR for the first time, lots of one:one attention and most importantly Scott is a very likable easy person to spend time with. I fully recommend a tour with Scott; I know I will have another." ~ Paul H. | Texas
